In practice it is common to compare performance parameters of your company with the similar ones in branch or in region. To conduct such an analysis, to reveal efficiency of your own commercial and financial policy, to find reserves for the optimization of your company’s performance are tasks which can be solved by the Directory. In the directory there are calculations of more than 50 branch averages, which can be divided into following groups:
- Group of structure averages – Structure of employees according to management layers, age and qualifications, average wages and salaries, social expenditures, etc.
